CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

Prices refer per room per day.
The price includes daily room cleaning with a towels and bed linen change every two days.
Pets are accepted. There is only a an extra charge per day.

ADDITIONS
+35% double room single use;
+ €10,00 per day children crib.

DEPOSIT
It generally asked for a deposit which consists of 20% of the total cost with the chosen treatment and agreed period and never less than one day’s accommodation. The deposit, which is confirmatory in nature for the hotel, has instead a penitential value for the customer in the sense that if the customer cancels the contract up to 3 days before the start of the stay, he is entitled to a refund of the paid deposit; if the cancellation takes place afterwards or the customer uses the room, the paid deposit cannot be refund and is due to the hotelier.  

CUSTOMARY START AND END OF BOARDING (CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT)
Unless, of course, otherwise agreed, the room is made available to the guest from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

CLIENT NON-ARRIVAL ON THE SCHEDULED DATE  (NO SHOW)
Only in the case of the existence of documented proof (deposit or letter) is the hotelier obliged to keep the accommodation until 12.00 noon on the day following the day of expected arrival in the event that the customer does not arrive on the fixed date.

CLIENTS’ EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL
Without prejudice to any agreements between the parties, which deviate from the provisions set out below, in the event of the customer’s late arrival or early departure, the customer shall only be entitled to the consideration for the room for the entire agreed and unused period (in which case the room shall remain at the customer’s disposal). The hotelier is entitled to use the room with the obligation to return the amount corresponding to the period of use to the original customer.
